Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates

- Shipping is free on US orders of $70 or more. For smaller orders, the exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times
Our products ship directly from the US makers and warehouses that produce them. Most orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays. During busy holiday weeks, please allow a few extra days.

Multiple packages
If you order items from different makers, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll never be charged extra shipping for this.

Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as each part of your order ships.

Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, see our Refund Policy or email donjsmooth9@gmail.com. We'll make it right.
