Overview
This website is operated by DMill Collective. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to DMill Collective. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Our store
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell products and take payments. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order.

Products and pricing
We do our best to show product colors, sizes, and details accurately, but screens vary and we can't guarantee your display matches the product exactly. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or decline any order, and if we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Accuracy of information
If we find a typo or error on our site, including in pricing, we may correct it and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Payments
Payments are processed securely at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, returns and refunds
See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Product use
Use all products as described. Never leave candles burning unattended, keep them away from children, pets, and anything flammable, and follow each product's care and safety instructions.

Intellectual property
Our logo, text, and site design belong to DMill Collective or are used with permission. Product photos and names may belong to the brands that make our products.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DMill Collective is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.

Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here.
